1798 - a Woman’s World

Meet at: Bridge Street, Dublin, opposite The Brazen Head pub, 12.00.
This guided walk will take an hour, moving from Bridge Street to Thomas Street and Watling Street. Audrey’s ancestor, Mary Moore, was an active member of The Society of United Irishmen during the 1798 Rebellion and is the focus of this talk about the experience of women in this turbulent period.
