Joseph E. A. Connell, Jr. lives in Florida. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, CA. His historical research interest lies in early 20th Century Ireland – with a particular focus on the period prior to the Rising up to the founding and early days of the Irish nation. His book, Dublin in Rebellion: A Directory 1913-1923, is an essential reference source for those who study the revolutionary period.
